Yesterday was not so great of a healthy day. So I’m starting again. Gunna eat some oatmeal then go exercise.
Day 4, 86 left.
Gunna take todays workout slow my legs are in serious pain. Focusing on upper body.
Hello,
I have not introduced myself. I am a young black 18 year old woman. I go to school in NYC and plan to permanently move there.
So basically I’m trying to one change my life, kick a lot of habits, and put myself in the position to do what I want.
I want to live a more healthy and active lifestyle.
I want to kick the terrible eating and laziness.
and I want to be a bartender and would like to look my best.
So I decided to start off with the 90 days I have before I start school again. These first two days have been rough. I’ve walked/ran 2.5 miles every morning. And have eaten terribly.
Starting is the first battle. I will try to write as often as I can because I don’t know how else I’m going to make it through this. I understand whenever you try to do something different, its not going to be easy.

Made it to the gym! Loved every moment can’t wait to move my workouts to the morning!
Today was a day. I definitely woke up late…..again. Then didnt have breakfast. Then came home and ate a whole box of zatarans. Things happen, gunna clean up a bit and then go work out!
That moment when your eyes are way bigger than your stomach…..definitely having sushi for dinner!
